WHO ARE YOU?

I am a Christian first and foremost as well as a husband, father, Papa \ Papi.   I live in North Missouri along with my Wife on small farm where we raise Herford cattle.  I enjoy working with various pieces of farm equipment along with wood working, construction and remodeling ,and farm fabrication projects.  I also enjoy fishing and deer hunting.  We also enjoy serving at the Mexico, MO Church of the Nazarene.  

WHAT DO YOU DO?

As a Project Manager with a Controls Engineer background, I enjoy listening and understanding a clients needs and wants to be able to effectively assist a team to meet those client expectations using a servant leadership approach.  Navigating the inter project relationships is another fun and sometimes rewarding PM function.

FAVORITE ESC MOMENT?

Even though I have just started, my favorite was probably when I first ran into ESC as we worked together on a project.   The openness and willingness to work together with another firm spoke volumes on how they function as a firm. Their dedication to do the right thing is second to none.
